I thoroughly review the documents to be signed, prior to the designated appointment time to ensure that I am well-prepared to provide an explanation of the purpose of each document to the signer. In one of the most critical services I provide, I thoroughly review the identification provided by the signer, and ensure that the signer is competent and coherent to sign; which is essential in deterring and preventing fraud and also lessen the likelihood that the validity of the document being signed could be contested in the future. In the instance that an error is made, I will take full accountability and ownership and getting the error rectified will take the highest precedence in my schedule. I am happy to take on last minute, challenging, and/or 'out of the ordinary' signings. I have partnered with nationally known companies such as Mortgage Connect, Bancserv, Signature Closers, and Servicelink; which has given me extensive experience with completing Refinance transactions, Purchase signings, Seller signings, Loan Modifications, Initial Applications/Disclosures, and Equity signings. I am a licensed Title Insurance Producer, and NNA Trained and Certified. I am also enrolled in the Complete Notary Mentorship program offered through Loan Signing System.
