Overall Summary of me:
I am committed to bringing excellent signings to your clients and your business by communicating, being thorough, professional and personable in providing both loan signings and estate/trust delivery signing ceremonies. I bring experience and confidence in my capacities & skills, with also humility knowing that nobody is perfect and that mistakes can happen and will be corrected with priority status. As of early October 2024, I bring experience of just over 250 combined loan signings and estate deliveries. I’ve been lucky enough to build direct clients, as well as orders from various platforms and signing services. My commitment to you is an error free experience that will extend and reflect the expertise you wish to project to your respective clients. I am also a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA).
More about me (if you have more interest and time):
In full disclosure, I want to mention that in April 2024 I expanded my notary business to add on a signing service (NOTaryCLT Signings™) which combines not just loan signings but also trust delivery services from the estate planning realm. i am a man of integrity and will never mention my signing service to any party to any orders that I am assigned to from any platform or signing service. I am honest to the core and my word is my bond. When I am on an assignment for YOU, I’m representing YOU and not my signing service or business at all, period. Further, as a signing service owner, I know your pain points and the items on the backend that the typical notary doesn’t have to deal with, or be concerned about. Despite being a young business, I have already learned many lessons about what being a service owner requires, and I bring that unique and additional experience to the signing table. My motto is “Certified to Deliver Trust”- and trust is what you will get from me and will be able to have in me, period. I can even provide references from other SS owners to back me up on that should you desire. :-)
[NC does not authorize notaries to serve as both witness and notary. I was told by a SS in CA that they were leaving a negative review because I refused to risk my commission for their order. And I will stand by my decision until NC notary laws permit otherwise, negative review(s) or not.]
