Check with notary to see if this service is currently being offered. • Loan Application - $300 Description: Fee if notarization is needed for a loan application. • Cash Deal - $300 Description: Fee for cash deals (e.g. HELOCs). • Cancellation Fee - $60 Description: Fee applied with TWO (2) hour or less notice of cancellation.
